The private mentorship application form collects the following information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Telegram or Instagram username (optional)
• Trading experience level
• Primary market traded
• Main goal with mentorship and reason for applying
• Confirmation of the trading risk acknowledgement
• Confirmation of acceptance of this Privacy Policy
• Technical data automatically collected for security and abuse prevention: IP address and browser user-agent

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Reviewing the mentorship application and replying to the applicant — pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.
• Communicating with the applicant about the application — pre-contractual measures.
• Preventing spam, fraud and abuse (storing IP and user-agent, applying rate limits) — legitimate interest of the Data Controller in protecting the service.
• Complying with applicable legal obligations.

4. Where data is stored (service providers)

Data is processed electronically and stored only with the following service providers, each acting as a data processor:

• Supabase — database and storage infrastructure where the application is saved.
• Lovable — platform that hosts the website and operates its infrastructure.
• Resend — used solely to send the Data Controller an email notification when a new application is submitted. No newsletter or marketing communications.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers rely on the safeguards permitted by applicable data protection law (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Retention period

Data submitted through the mentorship application form is retained for as long as needed to evaluate the application and manage any resulting relationship, and in any case for a maximum of 24 months from submission, unless a longer retention period is required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.

Applications marked as archived may be deleted sooner at the applicant's request.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• access your personal data;
• request correction or update;
• request deletion of your data;
• request restriction of processing;
• request data portability;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

7. Nature of the provision

Providing the data marked as required in the mentorship application form is necessary to evaluate the application. If such data is not provided, the application cannot be processed.

8. No profiling or automated decision-making

Personal data is not used for profiling activities or for solely automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on the data subject.
